Had to have an 8-year-old cat groomed for the first time in her life. The staff at Muddy Paws really know what they are doing. They made the cat feel so comfortable that she didn't get nervous at all, just sat quietly and enjoyed the pampering. All the dogs that were being picked up looked pretty happy too.

Jims product knowledge is surpassed only by his customer service. He actually treats his customers like people and is more than willing to discuss any issues or concerns you might have. I would not shop anywhere else for wet pets.

Helpful staff who don’t oversell accessories, got very good-tempered hamsters for the kids. Nice selection of bettas. Store is obviously smaller than retail chain, but tidy and not smelly despite the closely racked cages.
