Glad to have his clinic in our small town. Helpful staff and good doctors, virtual appointments for minor things sure save time for patients and doctors.

Accommodating & caring staff, great MD’s.....walk in a few times, seen within 30 minutes of appointment time,,,,the urgent care clinic is wonderful for those who have no family md.....

Dr. Kluge has been my family’s doctor for 6 years. Dr. Kluge is a genuinely caring physician who has a good bedside manner, he listens to my concerns and addresses the issues appropriately. I find the staff professional, helpful and friendly. This is a very busy clinic and I imagine it can be very challenging for the doctors to keep up to so many patients needs. We’ve been seen by alternate doctors who provide care when the issue couldn’t wait for our family doctor

The worst doctor I have ever seen. I am dealing with PTSD and working with a counsellor as I almost lost my life twice with in months and had my mother die. Dr. McKnight is so rude and told me to go for a walk to deal with it. This man should not be practicing medicine. He kept telling me how he didn't have time for this and actually walked out of the appointment to see someone else then came back. He is brutal

I have been a user of the WCM Clinic since it's inception, and have found the doctors and staff unfailingly helpful and caring. It is often an incredibly busy--as the only clinic west of Langford--and unable to help all walk-in traffic, which can be frustrating. But that is not the Clinic's fault: blame the government, not the doctors or staff.
